Who is this for?
Joy works with a few different types of career changers. Career Changer Strategy Coaching is for people who:
- want to make a career change and need help clarifying what career is best for them
- want to make a career change, are pretty certain about what career they want to pursue, and need help developing a strategy for how to make the transition happen
- who want to keep their jobs but want to take their career to the next level
- are in the middle of a career change and need help positioning themselves in their resume and cover letter as well as during job interviews
What do you get?
Working together with a Career Changer Coach, you identify a career uniquely matched to you. You begin by learning how to identify and then eliminate the roadblocks that have kept you from taking action in the first place. You put together a strategic plan for how best to make the transition from where you are to where you want to be. And you take the practical steps for landing that opportunity you've been dreaming of.
Working with Joy means you get a customized Career Changer Strategy Coaching Package. At the start of working together, Joy will conduct a Career Changer Checkup to determine where you are in your career change process.
The Career Changer Checkup will determine which of the following areas you and Joy need to focus on:
- Career Change Process:
- Creating a strong foundation
- Knowing what you want
- Believing in what you want
- Action plan for your transition
- Job search strategy
- Guiding you through the internal and/or external hiring process
- Recruiting & Human Resources strategies, policies& process
- Resume and Cover Letter review, critique and editing
- Interview Preparation
- Behavior-based interviewing techniques & answering questions effectively
- 'Closing the deal' - navigating through the salary negotiation, reference check and application processes
- Assisting you in getting off on the right foot in a new job, role or organization
Your customized Career Changer Strategy Coaching Package consists of:
- three 45 minute individual coaching calls per month
- unlimited e-mail exchanges with Joy
- e-mailed lessons of The Career Changer Process
The Cost
$375 per month for a minimum of 3 months.
You are billed monthly. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
