Re: Being the Real YOU and Finally Doing What You Love
Dear Empowered Woman,
What would it be like to wake up every day and go to work feeling alive, inspired, and excited about your life?
What would it be like to love the work you do so much that it doesn't feel like "work" to you?
What would it be like to be in the driver's seat of your career where you work as much as you want, when you want, and how you want?
Oh, and with all of the above you make all the money you want to make.
It would be amazing wouldn't it?
I have this life and you can, too. This is completely possible for you. And much sooner than you even realize.
If you don't know who I am, my name is Annemarie Segaric and I'm an entreprenuer.
I show women who are on a path of self-growth who know it's time to leave their corporate jobs how they can live their life's purpose. I show women how to leave the employee world and become an entrepreneur.
The funny thing is it never occurred to me that I should be in business for myself. I mean I thought about it but not in a serious way. I followed the path I thought I was supposed to follow. I had a good corporate job that looked fantastic on paper, allowed me to buy a house, car and travel where I wanted to all before I was 27 years old.
But the truth was I was miserable. I wasn't doing work that mattered to me. Do you know what I mean? I went into work each day feeling like a fish out of water.
I didn't belong there.
As soon as the frustration set in and I just couldn't stand being there anymore I would find a new and "better" job. Yet, it never was the answer that I was looking for. Fast forward through six different jobs in seven years to 2001 when I discovered my true calling and started my own business, Segaric Coaching, Inc.
I eventually realized why these jobs weren't making me happy. I was doing what I thought I should be doing to be successful and not what my heart was calling me to do. The fact is I was so out of touch I actually had no clue what my heart was calling me to do until a fateful turn of events led me to discover the world of coaching.
Now I get to work with super-smart, heart centered women who are constantly looking to grow themselves who've been in that "good" job but want a life that is not just financially rewarding but personally fulfilling, too! They know they ultimately can't be their true selves in their corporate jobs working for someone else. And being who they really are is an absolute priority to them.
