Thank you so much for your wonderful speech at the Third Annual Cornell Career Networking Event. You were a perfect addition to our program and a real treat for everyone in attendance! You inspired, motivated and instilled hope in everyone present. We couldn't have done the program without you! Thank you!

Annemarie's points really resonated within me. She reminds you that one of the most important things you should do is to pay attention to your own opinions and feelings; that sometimes those are the most important truths you can count on, act upon and find fulfillment through.
-Sara Mahmoud, CFA United Management Technologies

Women in Business Networking Event Sponsored by EmployeeROI, AXA Financial and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce

Annemarie has the ability to offer incredible personal insights through story telling and discerning questions. In a recent event I attended where I heard her speak, I found myself reflecting on aspects of my own life and career in an entirely new light as I listened to her stories and pondered over her questions. It was an extremely energizing experience, which I am sure I shared with the other hundred or more members of her audience. She is clearly an extremely gifted coach and I highly recommend her to anyone who seeks personal growth and development.

On behalf of my colleagues here at VOGUE, I would like to thank you for sharing your views on balancing work with life and being more tuned in to our personal foundation. The session had a positive impact on all of us. Your ideas on core values will enhance the sense of purpose within our team and should prepare us to do our jobs better. Not only were yourconstructive observations and suggestions logical, they were refreshingly simple. Offering this framework for re-engineering our day-to-day 'journey' will serve as a useful tool going forward.

It was a pleasure to have Annemarie Segaric come to Body I.D. for a lunch talk workshop. Stop Struggling! Give Up the Misery and Love Your Job, opened our eyes to our negative habits, particularly in the office, and gave us practical techniques for breaking the cycle.

Annemarie's a natural speaker. Her relaxed manner of communicating with a group exudes both warmth and professionalism. This comfort level that she establishes right away allows participants to honestly assess their lives and identify the blocks which keep them from being their "best self."

With personal anecdotal examples, she clearly illustrates the tools that participants can apply to think positively and create success in all aspects of their lives. We all have areas in our lives that aren't performing at 100% all of the time. Whether it be in your personal or professional life, Stop Struggling! provides the stepping stones to re-energize any area you want to improve.

I would be happy to further discuss any questions or concerns you have about how Annemarie can motivate your group, please do not hesitate to contact me at 212-944-9000 x 228.

On behalf of the Association for Women in Computing-NYC Chapter, I would like to thank you for your valuable participation in our June 2003 members meeting.

AWC attendees unanimously agreed that your presentation, Stop Struggling! How to Love Your Job and Your Life!, was a welcome "eye-open" for many of us when it comes to keeping a positive outlook while balancing the demands of work and our personal life. Your enthusiasm as a coach and motivational speaker was woven throughout the presentation. Your five-action steps and checklist exercise were great tools to get us started in taking the necessary steps toward organizing our lives, gaining accomplishments more efficiently, and enjoying life during the process. Thanks again for your time and energy! -Anne Festa, VP of Program Event

What a treat to have Annemarie speak to Acquaint New Yorkers. Many of the women involved in our organization are recent college graduates who are discouraged by the "real world". Annemarie taught us how to make the most of everyday--she emphasized the importance of enjoying the "journey" and avoiding the trap of focusing only on the end goal. Annemarie, we thank you for your positive energy and motivating words
-Lisa Cole & Amy Cole, Co-Founders, Acquaint New York

Having heard of Annemarie's professional reputation and speaking effectiveness, I was eager to invite her to present at one of our ASTD NY Metro Chapter events Career Coaching and Development Special Interest Group. Ms. Segaric was knowledgeable, inspiring and extremely personable. The audience found her Five Action Steps to be a genuinely helpful process, a template for the ups and downs through career transition. One of her many useful tips was: learn a little, test a little. This is a simple, yet effective concept to embrace, especially when one is naturally prone to want to learn it all before making a move. For every one of the Five Steps, Annemarie provided the audience with coaching questions and stories to shed light on the model. When polling the group after the event, participants expressed a feeling of being coached individually. Annemarie's many pearls of insight, exceptional speaker abilities and experience in career transition made for a far-reaching and impactful event.
-Flo Mauri Chair, Coaching SIG ASTD NY Board Director
